Mental Coaching Programs

You can improve your mental game one-on-one with us from anywhere in the world with video conferencing from the comfort of your home by meeting with a certified mental performance coach one on one via Zoom, or phone.

All mental coaching programs include the Young Athlete Mental Aptitude Profile (YMAP), the Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Test (AMAT), a weekly mental game plan, weekly coaching sessions, and the exclusive Peak Performance Sports Mental Edge Workbooks.

EMS Performance can help your athletes uncover the beliefs and mental blocks that cause young athletes to underperform or lose confidence, composure, focus, and enjoyment in sports.

Mental Performance Coaching

Mental coaching is a monthly program. Every program includes four coaching sessions per month, which are 45-50 minutes in length. You also receive two mental game assessments, sports specific or athlete’s mental edge workbooks, and weekly mental game objec7ves to apply mental coaching.

Why Work with EMS Performance?

Mental Game Coaching Process

 1. You’ll receive two mental game assessments to complete before the start of coaching, including the AMAP & AMAT pre-coaching test.

2. Once you send in the completed forms, we’ll schedule the first session at a time that works for you (or your athlete).

3. Each week is a 45-minute session with your mental coach (30-minute session for youth athletes) via Zoom from anywhere in the world.

4. Athletes complete a workbook between each session to help apply mental game skills.

5. Monthly programs renew each month. Pause anytime before renewal. *Parents: If your athlete is 15 years old or younger, we suggest you schedule a free 15-minute introductory session to see if mental coaching is a good fit for your athlete.
